If you are not in sync with your body, your business, your being and your balance it is hard, if not possible to become the best version of yourself. Think about it...Your body isn't in shape, it is tired, sluggish and not serving you - how do you perform at 100% in your business?
If your business (or job) isn't fulfilling or performing well - how do you show up with your spouse and family (balance).
If you're constantly fighting with your family - how do you show up at your workouts?
Simple concept, but how do you manage all the things?? It's just like everything else that you want to master. It is a skill that needs to be built. It is something that needs to be practiced, measured and you have to be held accountable for it. It won't just happen.
Here is a breakdown of the Core 4 that I personally live by:
Body - What do you put in your body to fuel it? What is your fitness routine?Being - What is your relationship with God (or the higher power you believe in)? Do you meditate? Clear mind and being present in all the moments.
Balance - Do you have time set aside for the ones you love? Do you have date night with your spouse, kids, friends? Are you intentional about being grateful for those people?
Business - Are you constantly learning and growing? Are you secure in your finances?
There is always room to grow. You should never be at a point where you "made it". You should always be striving for more.. more time with family, more security with your finances, a closer relationship with God, a stronger body to support you as you age.
